Video

Video key (article slug, or a unique id)

Title Provider Source (YouTube id or URL) Article ID (optional) Poster URL (optional)

Player protection

Keep viewers inside your page instead of bouncing them into YouTube.

Lock the player — block taps on the video so the YouTube title / logo / “Watch on YouTube” links can’t launch the YouTube app or site. A tap just plays/pauses. Leave a Skip-Ad pocket — keep the bottom-right corner tappable so viewers can still hit YouTube’s “Skip Ad”. Uncheck only for ad-free, owned videos. (applies when locked) Skip-Ad pocket size bigger = easier to tap Skip Ad, more of the corner left open

Chapters
